1. Scheduling Services
- Cancellations: You may cancel appointments up to 48-hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is allowed 48-hours before the appointment.
2. Digital Products/Invoices
- Payments for invoiced services are final once processed, except in cases of overbilling or errors (refunded within 7 days).
3. Physical Goods (Including Resold Items)
